Hi, I'm Alina, the heart behind A Empanadas.
This all started with a simple love for home-cooked flavors and the joy of gathering around food. Growing up with Mexican, Chilean, and German roots, I was lucky to experience a mix of bold, comforting flavors that shaped the way I see food.
I always dreamed of creating something that would honor those traditions while bringing people
together—one empanada at a time.

That’s why we compost all our organic waste and use it to enrich our garden, where we grow peppers and a variety of fresh herbs. It’s our way of creating a full-circle process—minimizing waste while growing the ingredients that make our empanadas so flavorful.
